Class style and description:

My classes are hearty, sweat inducing workouts, so come prepared to build strength and stamina. This class truly flows, yet poses are held longer and deeper to build strength, and incorporates binds and twists to help in detoxification. Practice in a meditative environment of instruction and loving guidance while experiencing the rewards of renewed strength, energy and balance that precise alignment brings. Your practice will be heightened by eclectic music choices from classical Indian tabla to R&B to reggae to alternative all selected to help take your practice and experience to the nextlevel.


In all class sessions we will integrate the principles of Ashtanga's strength building and Iyengar's method of alignment and therapeutic value with the movement of a Vinyasa class. Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, alignment and restorative sequences make for a well rounded Hatha yoga experience.
